From the stable plan and the course design to accreditation and the prize money paid out at the end, everything a show takes is designed and run in one place, on the same data. Entered once, up to date everywhere.
Built with CSI show organizers. Currently in pilot.

In Centauria a horse, a rider, a table exists exactly once. Correct it in one place and every module reflects it.
The venue plan becomes your control room. One click on a stall, a zone or a table opens its up-to-date record, and layers follow the moment of the day. Import the entries file and the map populates itself.

Requests arrive online. The entourage fill in their own details (partner, owner, groom) and the rider validates or declines after receiving an automatic email notification. The show office prints the badges before the trucks arrive, instead of typing everything in at a desk on day one.

The pavilion is a real floor plan, drawn to scale, with the ring side marked. You drop your round tables in, set their covers, move them to the metre. Every table carries its buyer and its occupancy. At the door your host taps arrivals in and hands over the bracelet, and the office plan follows without anyone reloading anything.

Like the stables and the VIP pavilion, the exhibitor village is a plan. The organizer drops the stands in, gives each one a size and a price, then shares the plan. Every exhibitor sees what is still available, what each stand costs, and picks their own.

Allocation per class, entry and stabling fees deducted, withholdings applied. You close prize treasury with a PDF statement per rider and a SEPA payment file ready for the bank, with no spreadsheet and no math error.

Fly over your stables, step into an aisle. Every stall is a living record, with its horse, rider, country, groom and arrival status. The same for the show office, the stable manager and security.

The VIP pavilion runs from the rail.
Every accredited person gets exactly what they need, nothing more and nothing less.
A single view over entries, accreditation, hospitality and treasury, instead of five separate tools.
Badge ready before arrival, clear access zones, the family table booked, fast prize statement and payout.
Packages with real benefits (table discounts, a loge) and numbered proof of return on investment.
Clean accreditation fitted to each role, with the right zones and nothing superfluous.
Smooth arrival, table already known, greeted by name at the pavilion entrance, no badge to scan.
Stands, horse transporters, vets, freelance grooms. The same platform, tomorrow.
The platform grows from a base that works, not the other way round.
A space to find and be found: horse transporters, vets, freelance grooms, farriers. Designed as a separate module, not mixed into the management of any single show.

On show day, everything is already in order.
The demo is built on a fictional show, CSI Marina International, with the depth of a real event: entries, stalls, badges, VIP, and prizes all the way to the bank transfer.
